Cancellation & Replacement Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Refunds are not issued once the product has been delivered and accepted.
Replacements Only – No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.
However, we will happily offer a free replacement in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- Items were missing from your package
To request a replacement:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- A full unboxing video is required – starting before opening the package and clearly showing the shipping label, box, and unpacking process.

We’ll verify the issue with our dispatch team and send a replacement if the claim is valid.
Refunds Will Only Be Provided If:
- The order was cancelled before dispatch
- The order was not received by the customer
- The package was not accepted at the time of delivery

Return & Refund Policy
At Parul Garg Beauty, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. As our products fall under the personal care and wellness category, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and accepted.
However, we do offer free replacements within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery in the following cases:
- Damaged Product Received – The item is physically damaged, broken, or in poor condition.
- Incorrect Product Received – The product received is not what was ordered.
- Missing Items – Part of your order is missing.
To process a replacement request, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by contacting us at the details below. Please also ensure the following:
- A full unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or incorrect product claim.
- The video must begin before opening the package and clearly show the outer box, shipping label, and unpacking process.
- Once submitted, please allow 24–48 working hours for our team to verify the issue with our dispatch records.
We will not be able to process any claims without an unboxing video or if the claim is raised after the 48-hour window.

Pricing Policy
- All product prices on our website are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders already placed.
- Your order will be billed at the price shown at the time of purchase.
- All our products are subject to GST as per Indian laws.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, and/or SMS acknowledging that we have received it.
You will receive another update via email, WhatsApp, and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a WhatsApp message will be sent to confirm your order.
Your COD order will only be processed after you confirm it via the same WhatsApp message.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Some items in your order may be shipped separately, depending on availability.
- All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
- Our trusted delivery partners will attempt delivery as soon as possible.
- If they are unable to reach your address or find a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to coordinate.
- If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to non-confirmation, we reserve the right to deny future COD orders or charge return logistics fees.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders within India – no minimum cart value required.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
