At PARIÉ | Parul Garg Beauty, we strive to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours and are typically delivered within 2–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, your shipping location, and the serviceability of our courier partners. During sale events, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India.

- ₹79 Shipping Charge on orders below ₹499
- ₹49 COD Convenience Fee on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your PARIÉ | Parul Garg Beauty account and visiting the My Orders section.
If your order is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. Our team will investigate the matter with the courier partner and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
