All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept multiple secure payment options, including prepaid methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
• A ₹49 COD Convenience Fee applies on all Cash on Delivery orders.
• Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund for prepaid payments.

We offer delivery across India. Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours and shipped via our trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

As our products are personal-use cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Replacements are offered only for damaged, missing, or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video.
• Refunds apply only to eligible order cancellations before shipment and prepaid orders returned to origin (RTO).
