Replacement, Refund & Authenticity Policy
At PARIÉ | Parul Garg Beauty, every product is carefully inspected and undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. As our products are personal-use cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, we'll be happy to send you a replacement after verification.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of eligible order cancellations before shipment or for prepaid orders that are returned to us (RTO), as detailed below.
Replacement Policy
When am I eligible for a replacement?
You may request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order only if:
- You have received a damaged product.
- You have received the wrong product.
- A product is missing from your order.
Please Note: A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
How do I request a replacement?

Step 2: Share the Required Details
Please provide:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for the replacement request
- Clear images of the affected product(s)
- Images of the outer shipping box
- Invoice
- Complete unboxing video (mandatory)
Step 3: Verification & Replacement
Our Customer Support, Quality Assurance and Warehouse teams will review your request. Verification generally takes up to 72 working hours.
If your request is approved, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product(s) to your original delivery address at no additional cost.
Important Information
- We do not accept returns for any products.
- Eligible claims are resolved through replacement only.
- Shade change requests are not accepted.
- Product change requests are not accepted.
- Replacements will only be issued for the same product and shade mentioned on the original invoice.
- Individual products forming part of a kit, combo, gift set, BYOB Kit or Vanity Collection cannot be replaced separately.
Replacement requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The request is raised more than 48 hours after delivery.
- The product has been used, opened or the seal has been broken.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper storage.
- You changed your mind or no longer require the product.
- The serial number, batch code or packaging has been tampered with.
- The product has been altered or modified.
- A valid unboxing video is not provided.
- The claim relates to a complimentary/free product.
- The product belongs to the Sale or Clearance collection, unless it has been received damaged, defective or incorrect.
Unboxing Video Guidelines
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to damaged, missing or incorrect products.
Before accepting your delivery
- Inspect the package carefully.
- If the outer package appears tampered with, take clear photographs.
- Refuse delivery, wherever possible.
- Contact our Customer Support team immediately with your order details.
While recording the unboxing
Please ensure your video:
- Is recorded in one continuous take without pauses or edits.
- Clearly shows all sides of the unopened package.
- Shows the shipping label.
- Captures the complete opening of the package.
- Clearly displays every product inside.
- Includes the invoice received with the order.
If any product is damaged or incorrect
Please ensure the same video clearly captures:
- The damaged or incorrect product.
- The shipping label.
- The invoice.
Important: Edited videos, paused recordings or videos with cuts cannot be accepted for verification.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the situations mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 24–48 business hours to the original payment method.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
2. Prepaid Orders Returned to Origin (RTO)
If a prepaid order is returned to our warehouse by the courier partner due to reasons such as:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Delivery refused
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Any other courier-related reason
our Customer Support team will contact you and offer one of the following options:
- Re-dispatch the order to a serviceable address, or
- Refund the prepaid order amount to the original payment method.
Refunds for RTO orders will be processed only after the shipment has been received back and verified at our warehouse.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Delivered orders.
- Damaged, missing or incorrect products (eligible for replacement only).
- Change of mind.
- Shade or product preference.
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners.
- Complimentary products or freebies.
- Sale or Clearance products, except where covered under the cancellation policy.
- Individual products from kits, combos or gift sets.
Freebie Terms & Conditions
- Complimentary products and shades are subject to availability.
- PARIÉ | Parul Garg Beauty reserves the right to substitute freebies based on inventory availability.
- Complimentary products are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- These terms also apply to BYOB Kits, Vanity Collections, promotional bundles and Gift with Purchase offers.
